Custom-Made Red Culottes (see description - size)

Adorable custom-made red culottes with POCKETS and the most adorable embroidered floral pattern. I am unsure of the brand, but they seem to be handmade. Quality of stitch work seems nice, so I’ve included some images. These could fit a WIDE variety of body types and sizes as the elasticity is no joke. Waist is 13” unstretched, ~17-18” when stretched.
