Custome award-winning “Whoville” Dr Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas costume

Made to fit a skinny 9 year old, approx measurements at the time were a 23” waist, 25” hips, 53” height, 24” chest. Striped leggings snap into the top. Hat fastens under the chin (snap) and there are small slits on top to allow Bobby pins for securing the hat. Top is a lightweight foam with sheer sleeves. Shoes are posted separately. This number won outstanding achievement in costume design at The Dance Awards. 🙂
