Custom-made Black Bridesmaid Dress

Brand new-- TAGS ON! My sister changed her mind after I bought this lovely dress. It is custom-made so I wasn't able to return it. The measurements are: Bust- 34 inches, Waist- 28 inches, Hips- 36 inches, Heigh- 62 inches. For references, I am between a size 2 and 4 and I'm 5'2. I also added 3 more inches for heels so this could comfortably fit someone a few inches taller.
