Custom-made blue dress with beautiful detailing

This is a beautiful custom-made dress I ordered!! It is a lovely light blue color with thread and sequin detailing and has sheer sleeves!! I wore it once to a party. There are a few very faint stains on it, but they should be pretty easy to take out!! Let me know if you have any questions! I’m open to price negotiations!!
