Custom-made, yellow skating dress with double skirt

I really want us to go to a good home. This was a custom-made competition rollerskating dress from the mid 80s. It was probably about a size 8 to 10. I would be glad to take dimensions if you’re interested. There are a few stains on this, particularly on the sleeves. I have not tried anything to get them off. This was used. It’s not in perfect condition. Non-smoking home
