Cut loose tunic/dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jessregelson. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Gray tunic/dress with gathered fabric detail at the neck. There are some loose threads at the neckline, especially in the very back, but otherwise it’s in very good condition. Measurements lying flat: bust 20”, waist 19”, hips 23”. Length from shoulder to hem: 37”. Runs more like a Large!
