Cut velvet cocktail skirt

David Meister cut velvet skirt. Worn twice in my "skinny" days! Haha! Pictures do not do it justice. Gold satin lining makes beautiful back drop for the exquisite velvet cut work. Very fitted and flattering with flare starting at knees. It is floor length for me. Cocktail if you are taller than 5'7". Is perfect for cocktail or more casual with boots.
