Cut-Out Dress

I would commit crimes to make this dress fit again. Beautiful deep blue color. Side zip on top and bottom. V-neck with mesh detail. High/low hemline. Lightweight material. It's my favorite spring and summer dress of all time. Skirt 14" at waist (meant to fit at smallest part of waist) and 14" across top. Medium runs maybe a little small, probably like a 4/6 dress size?
