1970s handmade flutter sleeve dress This is a such a pretty fabric in shades of blue, purple, orange and cream. Hidden zipper in back with hook and eye on top It’s in great condition only flaw it fabric near flutter aleeev on right side isn’t tucked in all the way (see photo). I honestly didn’t notice until closer inspection. Flat measurements: 15” pit to pit stretches easily to 17” (there is a lot of room) 14.5 waist (to 16”) 22” hips (goes to 25” easily) 40” length
