Cute 1930's Vintage Felt Hat Brown Gold Buckle with Hat Band Nice condition! There are 2 lighter spots on the back. A brown felt pen should take care of this. The netting in the back is slightly torn in the very back where it is connected. Absolutely can't see because it is bunched up! Inside band measures approximately 20" around.
