Cute 3/4 length sleeve Jameson Shirt bought at Jameson in Dublin

Cute 3/4 length sleeve Jameson shirt bought at Jameson in Dublin Ireland size 12/14 but European sizes are much smaller than our sizes fits more like a 10 or even an 8. I’ve never worn it, but somehow the shirt has some discoloration on it. I tried to take a picture of it, but it doesn’t come out well in the pictures I circled where it’s at.
