Cute Betsy Johnson Black Polkadot Dress

This is s great dress that was only worn twice, but on NYE 2008 some idiot bumped into me with a cigarette, hence the 2 small burn marks seen in the photo. They’re easily covered with a pin & aren’t that noticeable. Otherwise, the dress is in great condition. Dress is a size 4 & is 100% silk. Length from top of dress near bust: 33” Bust: 13.5” across Armpit to armpit: 15”
