Cute Black & White Plaid Skirt

So cute - a black and white plaid pattern with an additional red line added as a highlight. This skirt has a unique topstitched pieced section added to each side of the front waist area. Extra wide 2 1/2” elastic on the inside waistband allows for a nice comfortable fit. 77% polyester, 12% rayon, 9% nylon, 2% spandex. New with tags on. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
