Cute Blue Patterned Dress

This is a very cute, somewhat short, layered dress. Features a cream half-slip on the bottom. Also features a faux tie on the side that does somewhat adjust the openness of the blouse portion of the dress. Super cute and fun- just too short for me to wear working in an elementary school!
