Cute Boutique Top

This top is super cute! I bought at a small boutique shop, but I'm not sure I ever wore it. Has pom-pom detail on bottom and on the sleeves. Elastic detail around the neck, can be worn off the shoulder, and layered sleeves, with paste stripes.
