Cute Business/Casual Top

Adorable textured jersey chocker neck with a smocked bottom. The sleeves are just a tad bit longer than quarter length. I worn this too 2 times, but just wasn’t feeling it, I think it was the chocker next for me. Really cute paired with som jeans & you could even throw on a duster with some little boots. EUC!!!
