How did you measure the 15" for the bust? I wear a 36D bra. This may be too small...is it O/S?

@jmb306 yes this is OS, for bust measurements you measure straight across your chest/ breast area so the area below the neck/ top of the blouse where your chest would be is 15"

Still very interested, but I'm looking at the model and she looks about a size 4. I wear M/L. Might be tight across the back?

@jmb306 if your in between a M & L it should fit but may not be as flowy as it looks on the model. The arm pit area is wide so if it is snug it would be snug around the fullest part of your chest/bust. I'm a M size 32DD and this fits me perfectly and flowy just as pictured.
