Cute Collared Navy Polo Dress in size large (fits like small)

Cute Navy Polo Dress with white collar. Asian sizing size large, but fits like size small or even XS! Some stretch, but not much. Small stain in skirt area, can probably be washed out. Good condition otherwise! 14" width; 27.5-29" length.
