Cute Comfortable Blue Floral Stretchy Dress Flare

River and Rose navy dress with a beautiful pink and dark green floral print. Fitted on the top and with a skirt that flares. A very comfortable dress that has a stretchy top, so it should be able to fit well on many people who are in a medium size range. The back has a small V cuttout that orginally had a button and tie. The tie broke, but I left the button on if someone wants to repair it. Honestly, I personally think it looks a lot better open and without the tie button closure anyway.
