Cute Halter Neck Summer Sundress / Beach Dress!

This dress is so comfortable! It has an adjustable halter neck which you can tie to make it the neckline deeper or higher up! It’s the perfect sundress length IMO!! Barely ever worn, fun soft stretchy material. Tag says size Medium, but it runs small and is definitely more like a S/M
