Cute Japanese Embroided Hem Culottes

This is from Japanese brand called “earth music & ecology”. It looks like a skirt but actually a shorts. One size fit all. It has stretch on the back make size fit until L fit. But it’s Japanese size. It comes from pets and smoking free home. For size reference, I’m 5”2 and 110lb. It’s very well made and I never wore to outside!
