Cute Long Vintage button-down Small 90’s Dress

I wish this still fit me! Passing it on to someone who can wear the heck out of it :) It’s in great shape, no holes or stains that I can see. Body-skimming but not clingy, pretty narrow through the hips. Size says 8P but I would check the measurements to be sure of fit- seems smaller. Let me know if you have questions. Offers are welcome!
