See by Chloe pants made in Portugal. They are sized as "40" but I think that is a specific sizing for Chloe. That being said, they fit a size 29/30. They have a cute tie waist, some minimal ruffling at the hip, and a slight pleat in the front. It is lightweight and perfect for fall. Have a bit of a wide leg/oversized fit and hit at the ankle.
