Cute Navy blue dress with silver sequins

Speechless brand dress Navy blue with silver sequins on the top half. From JC Penney, only worn once for a Christmas party. There is a small rip in the fabric at the bottom in the back, pricing it for what it is due to that. However it isn't all that bad and I wore it to the party just like it is. If anyone knows how to sew that type of fabric it's a nice little dress.
