Cute Polka Dot Dress

A cute, turquoise colored dress decorated with white polka dots. It had strings on the sleeves to tighten/tie for a cute look! Also has opening near breast area and has strings to close that area. It has a built in belt but it isn't adjustable, it is just for the look, sorry!
