Cute Preppy A-Line Dress

Royal blue crew neck dress, very elegant. Has tiny thread loops for a skinny belt at the waist if desired but they are not noticeable if not. I'm tall and this hits at the knee for me so it can absolutely work as a professional outfit. Comfortable mid-weight fabric with a bit of stretch.
