This is a cute ruffled cotton blouse. The brand is Liz & Me but there is no size tag. I am guessing the size is 2XL but the measurements are: Shoulders about 18” across Armpit to armpit about 27.5” across Length is 28” Bottom is 30” across See photos. The one photo is meant to show the ruffle pattern on the front. The lighting is bad. The shirt is not faded. This is a nice black shirt and in great condition. I have many items listed.
