Cute Scalloped Dress

Fabric is in good condition but there is a place where the stitching is coming undone. If you know how to sew it would be an easy fix! Great for the office or for a wedding. I cut the tag out because it was itchy. Measurements: 18.5 flat underarm to underarm (bust), waist 17 inches flat, 36 inches flat shoulder to hem.
