Cute Short Pencil Skirt

**See photos for measurements (measured in INCHES)** Has discrete zipper in back for fastening (7.35” long). Front buttons are not functional, only for decoration. Skirt’s tag states size M (medium) but fits much smaller and more petite (maybe S or XS). Waist is not stretchy. No brand name nor care information. Has built in shorts! Also, has a small rectangular cut out design on front (underneath last button).
