Cute Simple Blue Summer Dress or Bathing Suit Cover Up

This dress has a sheer chiffon feeling layer on top and another blue layer underneath. It’s slightly stretchy but maintains a body con look/feel. It’s super bright and fun. No major issues or stains that I can see. Could even be used as a bathing suit cover up. Summer dress.
