Cute Sterling Silver Vintage Insect Ring Signed DWB Adjustable Handmade Love Bug

Here is an unusual vintage ring. It has an insect, like a beetle or ladybug, with the word LOVE on both wings. It is adjustable in size and a size 9 as it is now. The ring is signed with conjoined letters dWb and marked Sterling and Handmade. It appears to be ethnic in origin, perhaps Native or Scandinavian, but I have not been able to discover the maker.
