Cute T shirt w/open back design

Cute medium gray shirt with little white and blue ruffled like design for sleeves, and and opened back with a tie for it that hangs down a bit. Shirt is from Maurices, pretty much new and in perfect shape. It is also very clean, just hangs in the closet as it's too small.
