Cute T-shirt /dress (custom cut)

Tshirt (Bold Bitchy &Bomb) was bought at a boutique. It's an oversized Tee (one size fits all) that can be worn as a tee or dress. I cut the neck area to give the look seen in the pic. Worn once.
