Cute Vintage Patterned Blouse with Bow M/L

Super cute royal blue vintage blouse in great vintage condition! The pattern is in black.Buttons on one shoulder and by the bow at the waist, and on each sleeve. The size tag says size 12. I'd say it fits a medium if you want it a little more oversized, or a large if you want it less oversized. I usually wear a small and it is more oversized than I like. It's super cute and lightweight!
