sylviaaamarie @harriscorrel hello! thanks for your patience as I was out of town for Christmas. The shirt laying down, is 20 inches from top of cup to bottom and 13.5 inches wide. I'm not good at knowing the fabric on my own and there isn't a tag but it's very soft and stretchy. Its breathable and flowy fabric. The tag says its made in the USA. Hope that helps! :-)
