Cute and lightweight red collared dress/tunic

This is a red dress that can also be worn as a tunic. It is collared with buttons going down the top half, with a buttoned pocket on the front side. There is a defined elastic waist on the dress. The sleeves are cuffed and buttoned. Super cute! It's unworn and has been sitting in my closet with the tags still on.
