Cute applique hem detailed cap sleeve top.

This cute powder blue top has really interesting detail around bottom hem. This is a designer sample. It is not perfect. The cap sleeve sewing is a little off but it would make a really cute summer top for someone who would like to possibly fix this sleeve. When wearing, you cannot see the imperfection of the sowing of the armpit sleeve area. This will fit size 6. Fabric is polyester.
