There is a black sewn-on rosette on the left side of the chest area. There are short sleeves with elastic around the arms. There is a black faux belt with 3 polka dot buttons near the lower end of the top section. Below that, is a matching hot pink ruffle with black trim on the edge. The lower skirt part of the dress has 2 layers of ruffles. The bottom ruffle is black with white polka dots. The top ruffle is soft, black tulle. Both ruffles are trimmed in black. The back has a polka dot button and loop closure at the neck. 60% cotton/40% polyester. Can also be worn with shorts, capri pants, or leggings. The panties are solid black and have a full elastic waist and elastic, with a ruffle, around the leg openings. 100% soft stretch cotton. Both pieces are in very good condition, machine washable.
