Cute black cloche hat with bow

EUC 100% wool hat with a satin side bow. So cute and stylish with a vintage vibe. Size OS, but on the large side, as the inner circumference measures 23 inches. I have a large head, so it probably will sit lower on most heads than mine in the pics.
