Cute black cocktail dress

Funky, frilly little black dress! Flairs out a bit as if it's starched, with a lace hem that sits above the knee. Fully lined with side zipper. Machine-washable. The tag says size 7, but it runs small...more like a size 4. The pleated waist is cute, but has no stretch! 100% polyester. I wore this when I sang at weddings and parties in Los Angeles : ) I'm 5'3" and weighed 115-120 pounds.
