Cute black layered tunic with cinched tie sleeves. Shorter in front, longer in back with slit up sides. Laying flat armpit to armpit is about 36”. Shoulder to bottom of front is 39”. Shoulder to bottom of back is 51”. Slit from bottom of the back up is 37”. Slit from bottom of the front up is 23”. This would look great with leggings and boots.

Can the tie on sleeves be untied so the sleeve length can be extended to become 3/4 or long sleeves?

@janinetillman I checked the sleeves on this. If you untie it, the sleeve only extends maybe 1/4 inch further. There is a piece of elastic inside that helps keep it bunched up. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. ☺️
