Cute black velvet top by Sara Campbell in size L. It has 3/4 sleeves and I think it runs small so best to go down a size. It’s approximately 19” across and 25” in length. It’s a nice stretchy velvet and in good condition ( photos are awful 😣.. the sun was out!)
