Cute blue lace fit and flare dress w matching slip

Delicate woven lace type design in a delicate blue almost periwinkle color. Originally bought from Urban Outfitters. Comes with matching slip. Gold zipper up the backs Measures about 37” top to bottom. 18” put to pit and 16@ side to side at waist. Some small snags as pictured.
