Cute, bright summer dress

Fun and bright dress, perfect for spring/summer. It’s nice and airy, light, and flows to keep you cool. The top is a royal blue color, with a black elastic band and flowery bottom. I’m 5’2” and the dress ends about 3” above the knees.
