Cute bright zig-zag dress - monogrammed “B”

Adorable and super long (hits just above ankle) little girls monogrammed dress. Unhemmed, so the “B” on the bottom could be incorporated into the hem if needed. Peasant style elasticized neck and puffed sleeves. So cute for back-to-school ~ just add a red hair-bow!! Total length is 29” from neck to bottom. Armpit to armpit is 16”, but it is supposed to fit big. About a size 7. No tags.
