Cute business casual dress!

This dress is from a department store of some kind, either Macy’s or jcpenny and it’s super cute. It doesn’t fit me but I always think seeing someone else have it on gives me a better idea ! It comes to about my mid calf but I am on the shorter side! The material is super light and would not feel heavy at all, so it would be perfect for summer or for fall with a cute cardigan!
