Cute cap-sleeved top w/braided detail on back

Super cute for summer with white shorts or pants, or jeans. Cool, gauzy fabric that is slightly sheer. Not quite navy, but darker than royal blue. No stretch to this fabric. Front hem is straight across, back is longer and curved.
