Loft cheetah print dress. New with tags, never worn. Bottom of dress should sit/hit above knees, depending on your height. Flutter sleeves, high ruffle neck and attached tie/belt that can be worn around front for more cinched look or tie in back as bow for more flowy look. Zips up in back.
