Cute chiffon maxi dress!

Red, open back maxi dress with halter tie and draped neck. Had two slits to show off sone skin but not too much. Mini slip underneath allows the bottom to flow perfectly. Tie waist to ensure perfect fit. Can be dressed up with heels or casual with flats. I’m 5’ 6” and it is about half an inch too long with flats. Size large.
