Cute dot print soft summer dress

This is a really pretty soft and flowy dress. It features a faux wrap bodice, empire waistline, ties at the back, and asymmetrical "handkerchief" style hem. Good used condition. There's a small dark spot on the skirt (last pic). Bust: 17 to 21 inches (can stretch a little more, but I didn't want to overstretch it). Waist: 15 to 18 inches Hips: Free Length: 37 inches Please double the measurements for Bust and Waist.
